By using WhatThen, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and readable. Please read the disclaimer below carefully — it matters.
Not professional advice. WhatThen shares crowd-sourced, opinion-based input from other people to help you reflect. It is not medical, legal, financial, or any other kind of professional advice. For serious decisions, please consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own choices.
Who can use WhatThen
You must be at least 13 years old to use WhatThen — or 16 if you are in the EU/EEA. WhatThen is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under these ages.
Acceptable use
WhatThen is a calm, reflective space. When you use it, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that violates others’ rights.
- Misrepresent yourself or use the service to deceive others.
Your content & moderation
Some parts of WhatThen may let you write free text — such as a suggested dilemma or a reflection note. You keep ownership of what you write. Where content is or becomes visible to others (for example, a dilemma you suggest for the shared wall), we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that is abusive, harmful, or otherwise breaches these terms, and your private notes remain private.
Reminders & messages
If you opt in to a follow-up reminder, you agree to receive that message at the contact detail you provide. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Availability & changes
WhatThen is in its early beta stage. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms as the product evolves, and for material changes we’ll give clearer notice.
Limitation of liability
WhatThen is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatThen and its creators are not liable for any decisions you make, outcomes you experience, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, though nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
EU/EEA & UK users
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer or data protection law (including the GDPR or UK GDPR), and our Privacy Policy explains those rights and how to exercise them, including instant self-service data export and deletion from Your Profile.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Israel, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement between you and WhatThen about the service.
